Queensland's Jobs on Show

As you know, over the past two years Queensland's Jobs on Show expos in Sydney and Melbourne have showcased career opportunities to thousands of southern job seekers and have been a successful recruitment tactic for hundreds of Queensland employers.

In planning for the 2008 event, it has become clear that current economic conditions are likely to restrict the number of qualified job seekers expected to attend the exhibitions. We are mindful that for the success of Queensland's Jobs on Show to continue to grow - and for the show to be of value to our exhibitors - the quality of attendees is of paramount importance. For this reason, we have decided in the interests of all exhibitors not to host an event in 2008. Future dates for 2009 will be announced later this year.
