Step 1 - Refer to the floorplan and decide which stand location you would prefer. Please provide three (3) stand location preferences.
Step 2 - Decide whether you wish to purchase a stand package or space only package. Space can be purchased in 9sqm (3mx3m) blocks only.
A. Stand Package
• Rear walls and necessary side walls
• Carpet tiles
• Company name sign
• 2 x spot lights per 9sqm
• 1 x electrical point per 9sqm
• 2 x exhibitor passes per 9sqm
• 50 word company profile and logo in the QOS Official Program
• 50 word company profile, logo and web link on the QOS website

B. Space Only Package
This option is floor space only with no walls and is for those companies who are bringing their own stand. This includes -
• Floor space only

• 50 word company profile, logo and web link on the QOS website
** You can book carpet, colour of your choice, for only $8.00 per sqm via the initial booking form

Step 4 - Provide a valid public liability insurance certificate of currency
$90.00 will be automatically charged to all exhibiting companies to cover the compulsory $10 million public liability insurance unless we receive your valid certificate along with the initial booking form.
Step 5 - Consider maximising your exposure through the QOS Official Program
The official program is available to all visitors upon entry to the show and is often kept and passed on after the event so is an excellent addition to your stand investment. A 20% discount applies on rate card advertising when an ad is booked via the initial booking form.
